After I read Lincoln's "Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe" i am fine with 80% of my time for planning. I do not like working hard, better off working smart. Doing more is not achieving more. Getting results is about better planning and better practices - many of which you have covered here Good stuff! If you put "Write novel" on your to-do list, it will never get done. However, if you put "Write 1 page of novel" it very well might get done! I am far more organized, than I was when I started my first site. Now that much of my info is in folders, my corkboard doesn't look like a garbage truck collided with it.
