When looking up keywords for your blog use the free tool by Wordtracker, Nichebotclassic. You will find it quick and easy to find the most searched keywords.
When ever you search for a particular thing (like dog, cat, fish tank, keywords) the search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN will keep track of your search and send you to the top pages using that term. The ideal scene is for your blog to be at the top the search engines index. This way you will get more traffic to you blog.
The search engines keep track of every word or term searched in order to build the index. Your keyword search is to find how many times a word or term has been searched for. This way your can use those words in your blog to help you rank high in the index.
If you notice I have used the terms in the above search for this blog.
I did a Google search of my name. Newbie Lifeline is at the top of the index although there is more that one Sheila Atwood online.
Check this great tool out. Remember to push all of the buttons and learn all of the parts. The more familiar you are, the easier it will be to use.

P.S. It is best to sign in. Then you do not have to enter the captcha with every word search. I have found that I have to push the login button twice to get rid of the captcha.

Nichebot Classic is my favorite keyword tool. I never start a new blog without doing a key word search for the title and body text of my blog. I get most of my traffic SEO

I am really hoping that I get famous enough to not need to worry about SEO.
For right now I like doing a quick search. I like my tools to be simple and Nichebotclassic fills the bill. I keep it on my tool bar.
