Put Something Silly In-Only The Good Friday

by sheila on June 5, 2009

Life has gotten a little too serious….so on this Only The Good Friday here is something that is just plain silly.

Draw a crazy picture,

Write a nutty poem,

Sing a mumble-gumble song,

Whistle through your comb,

Do a loony-goony dance,

Cross the kitchen floor,

Put something silly in,

That ain’t been there before.

~Shel Silverstein~

Have a silly Friday,

Sheila

Sheila,

EXCELLENT advice today!

As you can tell, I try not to take life to serious, because in the immortal words of Jim Morrison, “Don’t take life to seriously, you’ll never get out alive. ”

ENJOY this day! I am going to!

@Trapper,

Yep! I would say, you definitely are not on the serious side of life.

I find that when I take things to seriously I produce more problems than solutions. Serious is not at a create level…it is at the worry level.
