While learning how to blog on WordPress I have learned he importance of backing up my blog. This point was driven home recently.
Imagine working on your blog and all of your posts and pages just disappear. Poof! Gone! Vanished! When this happened, I immediately emailed my friend and webmaster, Jake Spurlock. Help! Then I cried and worried., that was a lot of keyword searches, a lot research, a lot of information and hard work lost in cyber space.
Jake was able to look at my site, find that a “table had crashed” (what ever that means). Now I am back in the saddle again thanks to Jake’s WordPress expertise and my WordPress backup.
Now is the time for you to back up your blog. Now is the time to make sure your running on the current edition of WordPress.
When it comes to offline backup for all of your computer data, Mozy.com is top notch in price and service.
Go now and do your offline back up.

I have been very fortunate to know Jake and others in the Utah WordPress community. Thanks Jake!

Glad that it worked out for you! Not everyone is so fortunate…
