That is and interesting comment. We are a part of a generation that does not use their cell phones like those between the ages of 18 and 45.
I like to choose my ads for those who are already using the Internet on their phones. And this group is getting bigger and bigger all of the time. $6.2 billion was spent on apps last year (that does not include the free apps downloaded). The use of this in local advertising is huge!
